"target": "Mobilizon is developed by Framasoft, a French association\nof popular education on digital issues.\n\nIt employs a developer, tcit, who has been working on\nall the projects necessary for Mobilizon, since 2018:\n\n- Development of new functionalities and [maintenance of the\n software](@:git.mobilizon);\n- Deliberating on the architecture, design, and future of Mobilizon (partnered with designer @:people.mcgodwin);\n- Preparation of new stable versions and communication (tickets\n blog, changelog, etc.);\n- Creation and maintenance of [the index of instances\n Mobilizon](@:link.jmz-instances);\n- Creation and maintenance of the [Mobilizon’s documentation](@:link.jmz-docs);\n- Support for and discussions about Mobilizon projects on bugtrackers, the forum, the Matrix channel\n or by email;\n- Code reviews and integration of pull requests/merge requests, as well as\n support for features added by external contributors\n (bug fixes, documentation, factorisation, etc.);\n- Maintenance of several Mobilizon instances.\n\ntcit also works on internal Framasoft projects.\n(Framagenda, Framapiaf, admin-sys, etc.). In other words, the management of\nMobilizon is run by a single employee, who is responsible for all the projects\nin addition to other responsibilities in his workload.\n\nOther volunteer and salaried members of Framasoft also contribute to the Mobilizon project, on various aspects (strategy, communication, documentation, development, community animation). \n\nMobilizon is **not** developed by a _startup_, with a team of people\nof 50 people, and a _workflow_ full of hyper-formatted _processes_.\n\nFramasoft will therefore take time to improve the software, at their own pace and with their atypical methods which, until now,\nhave proven to be quite effective.",
